Technical Support is free to all registered users and our virtual office is always open. To speak with a support representative right away, call 610-694-8855 between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm EST. On weekends and after normal business hours, please leave a message under "Technical Support" on our Voice Mail, or send an email to support@meistersoftware.com. Email requests for support are normally answered with 24 hours.

So that we may continue to offer free technical support quickly and where most needed, please refer to our FAQ page and the respective User Guides before requesting support. In most cases, you will find what you are looking for.

It is important that, when leaving a message or emailing, you provide your name, telephone number, the product you are calling about, and a brief description. Always make certain you are using the most current version of your particular software product, which can be verified on the Download page.

You can identify the software version that you are using on your computer by looking in the upper left corner of the Main Menu of the software. Following the name of the softwar is a version number (e.g.TicketMeister - (Version 1.00.0001). If your version is older than the most current downloadable version available, simply download the latest version and install it on your PC.
